Bio

Casimir Nozkowski is a writer, director and internet stuff-maker. The co-creator of the award-winning website www.cryingwhileeating.com, he has written and directed short films, music videos and commercials that have been seen on cable television, online and in festivals around the world. He has been interviewed on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, MSNBC, KROQ LA, NPR and Media Sound Off. His work has been featured in Entertainment Weekly, VH1’s Best Week Ever, MADtv, The LA Times, London Times, Slate.com, on IFC, FUSE, CNN, the CW, AMC and exhibited at the Larissa Goldston Gallery in New York City. Recent directorial efforts include Checkmate - featured on the front page of Youtube and in the New York Times Blog, "Freakonomics" while Bodega played at the Woodstock Film Festival and on the Brian Lehrer Show. Online, his videos have been viewed over 3 million times. He wrote and produced the on-air promotion for the Emmy-nominated show Mad Men and is on the board of directors for Rooftop Films.
